GOLIATH WITH THE GOLDEN FEET

With every opportunity comes challenges and in every challenge there are opportunities. From this statement, it shows that an opportunity creates more opportunities through challenges.
You may never be able to explore all these potential opportunities if all you see are the challenges involved. Your challenge can be a stepping stone if you climb courageously and can as well be a stumbling block if you are afraid to climb. A very close friend once told me that his mum tells him that if the devil is not bothered about you then you have nothing to offer, it means he (devil) already has you. It simply means the devil has already defeated you and thus you are not of interest to him.

Biblical Examples people challenged of Goliath with the Golden Feet

DAVID
When others were seeing the great Philistine, David saw an opportunity- to be rewarded by the king (1 Samuel 17:24-27). The king would not have probably needed to make anyone wealthy and a son-in-law if not for the challenged faced by the land.

CALEB
When the other spies saw themselves as grasshopper (Numbers 13:33) that will be devoured by the Amalekites, Caleb saw the milk and honey in the land and how fruitful the land is.

What is Common to David and Caleb?
They both did not see their abilities, strength, knowledge and experience.
What they saw was God’s promises and abilities.

Lessons
You cannot defeat the Goliath alone, you need God.
Every Goliath has a Golden Feet. Don’t look at the face, Focus on the feet.
Your challenge is a stepping stone and not a stumbling block, Climb it.

Stay Blessed
