What am I doing??? Part 2

Sincerely, I really want to do it right.
I want to do it in a way no one has ever done it before.
I want it to be romantic…

…The way I have imagined making my spouse beam with gladness at the slightest thought of me.

Bringing him pleasure…hmmm… ok... let's go straight to the point.

The English word "worship" comes from two Old English words: weorth, which means "worth," and scipe or ship, which means something like shape or "quality."

We can see the Old English word -ship in modern words like friendship and sportsmanship – that’s the quality of being a friend, or the quality of being a good sport.

So worth-ship is the quality of having worth or of being worthy.
When we worship, we are saying that God has worth, that he is worthy. Worship means to declare worth, to attribute worth (www.gci.org/God/worship).

What does God Worth to you? A House? A career? A Spouse? A child? A piece of jewel?

hmmmmm... Omotola, can we actually attribute the worth of God to our earthly needs, especially in this manner you put it? You are doing a great job here, more power to your elbow. May God continue to inspire you so that you can draw people closer to Him... Amen. So, what does God worth to you?

Thank you Olakunle. Yes you are right that we cannot attribute God's worth to earthly things but the fact still remains that what ever we value in our lives more than God is deserving our Worth-ship.
In the last part of this article you will know what God is worth to me.
